[bhfa-trustees] Switching to new list

Dear all,

 

"Freelists.org" the free list software we use for emailing is no longer
accepting any new email addresses. As our membership has grown, we need to
move to a new email list server.

 

I've done some research and "Google lists" seems to have what it takes, so
I'm going to try and use that. Hopefully it will allow both "discussion"
where people can reply to the list and everyone can talk to one another (we
use this so trustees can discuss with each other), and "broadcast" where
only one person can email the whole list (we use this to send out
information to our membership list).

 

You'll be getting a welcome message from bhfa-trustee-discussion@
<mailto:bhfa-trustee-discussion@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> googlegroups.com soon,
informing you you've been added to the list. If all goes to plan, I'll send
a test message to it and it will work. This email is to inform you these two
messages are on their way and why they are being sent.
