Thanks Simon and Alex.

How's the week commencing 7th July for everyone? Maybe Tuesday the 8th?

Kind regards,

trustees

Dear All,

I'd rather bring the meeting forward to no later than early July. As Simon
has pointed out, we are a relatively new organisation with some new
trustees, & while some decisions are OK to make by email, there's no
adequate substitute for meeting together.

Best wishes,

Alex.

Hi Lev,

Personally, I don't think a meeting in August is a good idea and would
propose September.

Thanks

Thanks for your feedback Simon. Sorry we didn't meet this time, but I'm
happy to discuss any questions or issues arising from my report should
trustees wish to raise them via email. If anyone would rather raise any
issues one to one I'm happy to talk over the phone if you wish to:
07712590008. I'll do my best to ensure the next meeting takes place.

The next quarter would take us to August, but I'd like to avoid meeting near
the bank holiday weekend as I know that might be tricky if people are going
to make a long weekend out of it. I was thinking mid-August, perhaps week
commencing 11th? How does that fit with everyone?

As five out of the nine voting trustees have now supported Mokshini's
inclusion to the board, I'll get in touch with her to give her the good
news.

Many thanks,

Dear Lev,

Thanks for the email and report. Please can you let us all know when the
next meeting is scheduled? I think it's important we meet quarterly,
particularly as we are a new organisation with few procedures in place to
agree what the work plan is etc. Also, it enables us to ask questions about
the work you've done so far.

In terms of Mokshini Grant, the proposal gets my vote.

Kind regards

Simon

Subject: [bhfa-trustees] Tomorrow's quarterly meeting of the BHFA trustees

Dear all,

We've got our quarterly BHFA Trustee meeting scheduled for tomorrow
afternoon and I attach my quarterly report.

Although we've made quite a lot of progress, there is only one decision on
the agenda (to approve or reject an additional trustee).

After speaking with the chair, we've decided we should make that decision
over email rather than go to the trouble of meeting as it would save a lot
of unnecessary travel time.

Please do offer any feedback and comments on the report, and share your
thoughts on the proposed inclusion of Mokshini Grant to the board of
trustees.

Kind regards,
