Hi Ibrahim,

One thing that has occurred to me. Are you importing the books direct from
the CDs, or are you copying them to the hard disk first? I feel a lot of
new users particularly are going to suck them in from the CD, so this needs
to work too. I know it takes longer, but if you haven't done that, try it.
This may be where the problems are occurring, I am not sure. If you want to
duplicate exactly what I did, set your local library to the root of your
CD-ROM drive, and then try to pull in a book, and let us know if you get
problems then.

Thanks.

All the best

Hi Ibrahim,

I am not sure what is going on here, but I don't think it is you. But I
will report back in a little while with more info.

Hi Steve.

Well, I never got this problem. I was easily able to navigate through an
RNIB talking book with the latest version of the Firmware ending J5. If I
am mistaken about the version number then I will redownload the firmware but
I'm sure I'm not out of date.

Warmest, Ibrahim
