[beports] box package format and tiltos

I haven't tried it out yet, but perhaps we can take a look into the
box format that Kaliber is using for TiltOS (pingwinek). It seems to
be similar to the beporter idea. Perhaps we can combine the tools or
the porting efforts somehow?
