This is your event/activity reminder for the week of March 29:

Tuesday, March 30

Belmont Community Fair Organizing Committee meeting, 3 pm at PG & E's Conference Room on Industrial. Call the Chamber office if you are interested in joining this fun committee and need directions to PG & E. At the last Fair Meeting, the Organizing Committee made a decision to move the Fair to Saturday, August 7 instead. The committee felt that because of the success of the community fair last year, and in order to produce another memorable event, there are additional aspects of the fair that need to be factored in. To do it properly and to guarantee another rousing success, it was decided that the additional two month window for planning, implementation, and promotion was definitely needed. Please adjust your calendar accordingly.

Happy Hour, 5-7 pm at Hola! Mexican Restaurant. Join us for some great margaritas at Hola! What a wonderful way to network!

Friday to Sunday, April 2-4

35th Annual Progress Seminar, Hyatt Regency, Monterey. This annual seminar is presented by the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce, and co-sponsored by the other 13 Chambers in San Mateo County.

Planning Ahead

Monday, April 5: 101/Ralston Interchange groundbreaking. Location: Lot next to Oracle. Enjoy a brief interlude of Americana...a display of vintage American cars, delicious refreshments, a short commemoration of the event, and a big surprise to culminate this groundbreaking effort to build a great
community together, and celebrate the beginning of freedom from traffic and highway congestion!
