Greetings Beavers!
Over the past couple weeks I've had a chance to meet with all of you about your
Ticket goals and you've all make excellent progress! You all have some
fantastic and worthwhile goals that will benefit your units and your scouts.
If you haven't already done so, please email me your final goal worksheets by
next week so I can give them my official sign-off.
It sounds like everything is going well for your patrol as you prepare for
weekend #2. Just a couple things to keep in mind:
1) The course resumes at 7:00 AM Saturday morning, which means getting up early
to make the 2-hour drive to Camp Tahquitz or coming up the night before. If
you plan on coming up Friday night, we need to know so we can plan for your
arrival.
2) Patrol Scribe - The Gilwell Gazette needs your help! It would be great if
you could put together a short article, drawings, photos, etc. about what the
Beavers have been doing during the time between course weekends. Please send
your information by this coming Monday to our Troop Scribe, Carolyn Forster at
CJForster1964@xxxxxxxxx
