Hello, I am Gary Estes KC8HWL.
I am working on some projects for Glenn McKeehan WE8N
If you have been monitoring much in the past few months you know much has
changed.
We have additional repeaters on line, Dayton to Cincinnati links, etc.
We also have a new web page at bearsohio.intranets.com. If you have not
received an invitation to
join this web site, please send me a e-mail request ASAP.
We also have a group e-mail list. This list is closed to members, however if
you are getting this e-mail you are
considered a member.
By addressing your e-mail to bears@xxxxxxxxxxxxx everyone on the BEARS
Roster that has e-mail will get your
message. No longer do you have to deal maintaining changes, adds or deletes.
We also have began to build mobilebears@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This list, if you choose to belong, it's free, will have the e-mail
addresses of members who have wireless devices such as text enables phones,
pagers, 2-Way Paging, etc.
This will be used to send time sensitive information like repeater
maintenance, equipment breakage, last min. meeting changes and
the ever important Friday night dinner locations.
If you want to be included on the mobile bears list, just send me an e-mail
with the address of your mobile text enable device.
If you need help dealing with that, let me know.
