After 3" of snow in local areas yesterday (1/20/16), a check on Burkes Garden
birds brought a pleasant surprise of two Wilson Snipes. The Screech-Owl seen on
1/19/16 wasn't located.
With most of the pond frozen, a small area where the stream enters the pond was
clear. Two Wilson's Snipe were huddled close to the bank of the stream.
