This shy male Blue-winged Warbler was one of 13 warbler species that stopped by the yard stream yesterday within a 30 minute period . The others were Tennessee, Northern Parula, Chestnut-sided, Magnolia, Cape May, Blackburnian, Black-throated Green, Yellow-throated Warbler, Bay-breasted, American Redstart, Hooded and Canada. The most numerous were the Tennessee Warblers with 45 being counted.
