Nice picture though I have no idea who the guy is. What this about senile, and
what sign are you talking about? Pardon me I have to go take some Geritol, if I

Roger,
You were not the first to report the vultures to me. A local artist was
driving by and actually got a sketch of the vulture holding the sign.
He described him as an 'old' buzzard, somewhat senile, so I don't hold the
sign against him.
