Jane & I are Dauphin Island for a couple of days. A couple of blocks from
where we're staying, we found a Great Blue Heron sitting on top of a pile of
sand which was about 15 to 20 feet high. The sand was apparently piled from a
street cleaning operation as the result of a storm. Some streets are still
sand covered. It seemed to me to be an unusual location for a GBH.
