[bcbirdclub] Southern Gap

Today while enjoying the very warm weather Lynda and I drove up to Southern
Gap to look around. Not much activity, but we did find 3 Killdeer, 1
Red-tailed Hawk, 2 Field Sparrows, 2 Cardinals and a few Crows.
A short time after we returned home this male Purple Finch came into the
yard. For several minutes it seemed very interested in something on top of
the post. This was the first time in a couple of months that we had seen one
of these fellas.
