You're right Morris, that snake was not a small one, as Garter Snakes go. I've
been watching for him, but haven't seen him/her since.

Hi All,
This fellow made himself at home at the edge of our yard pond this morning.
At one time a chipmunk was within 6 inches of him. I don't know why it didn't
get eaten.
I tried to catch this guy to send him on his way into the woods, but he
managed to get into the rocks around the pond. Fish, frogs and chipmunks beware.
