Hello Birders,
Join the Russell County Bird Club for a Saturday bird walk. We'll meet at
Hardees in Lebanon and leave at 8:30 on Saturday, May 7, to go to Hidden
Valley Lake. The walk is along an old road bed and is an easy walk. A
recent report listed the following birds:
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Veery
Black-throated Green Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Hooded Warbler
Chestnut-sided Warbler
American Redstart
Tennessee Warbler
Black and White Warbler
Scarlet Tanager
Red-eye Vireo
Blue-headed Vireo
Broad-winged Hawk
Canada Warblers are known to nest in the area as well. Everyone is welcome.
