[bcbirdclub] Red-shouldered Hawk hunts Chipmunk

During the rainy weather today an immature Red-shouldered Hawk flew in and
perched on the same nest box as the Barred Owl did last night.
After seeing a chipmunk stick its head out of its hole the hawk launched itself
toward it.
The chipmunk went back undergound and left the hawk searching
After awhile the hawk returned to its perch. After watching for a few more
minutes it took off.
