That is a really interesting bird Jerry. I can see why Snow Bunting came to
mind. One like that always makes you do a double take when you first see it.

This guy actually showed up on Wednesday, but I wasn't able to get a
picture.  Today, he finally came back.  When I first saw the white head, I
was really excited.  My first thought was Snow Bunting.  Well, it's no
bunting, but it's pretty cool.  Picture quality is not great.
