Roger I found 10 of them in the Winn Dixie retention pond in Middleburg Fl.
Sunday morning. Got me excited.

I just saw two female Hooded Mergansers on a small pond at Indian Creek
road in the Council area. The pond is very close to the road so I got some
very good looks. It is located in Dickenson County about 1/2 mi. west of
the Buchanan County line.
