Gradually dissipating by 11:00. Clear until mid-afternoon then increasing somewhat. Winds were light and variable mostly out of the South/Southeast during the afternoon. Temperatures from low 60s to 75. Raptor Observations: Three Bald Eagles came through between 2 and 3. Two were together and put on quite a show. They were side by side and appeared to be playing. Sometimes diving at each other and calling.
