Jane & I had to go to Abingdon this morning. On the way out of town, we
found 7 Northern Shovelers (all female) and 2 Green-winged Teal (both male)
in the pond behind one of the old tobacco warehouses off Russell Road.
Nearer to home, we spotted our FOS White-crowned Sparrows in their usual
hangout near the intersection of Hayters Gap Rd and Elk Garden Rd.
