Today during the rain a female Baltimore Oriole came to our feeders. It
first spent some time at the platform sunflower seed feeder. She was pecking
at the seeds, but not sure if she was actually eating any or finding insects
among them. She then went to the orange halves that we put out for them.
Later she went to the suet feeder and ate the "suet" mixture. I've never
seen one eat suet before.
