[bcbirdclub] Common Mergansers, Cove-Tazewell County

I went to The Cove in Tazewell County and Clifton Farm Road in Russell County
this afternoon. It was a good day for waterfowl including a Ring-necked Duck, 4
Wood Ducks, 100+Canada Geese, 30 plus Mallards, 3 Green-winged Teal, 1 American
Black Duck, 4 Pied-billed Grebes. The highlight was 6 male Common Mergansers in
full breeding plumage at the bridge in The Cove.
