Wind & peek-a boo sun provided perfect birding in Clifton Farm & Elk Garden,
Russell County. In Clifton a murder of 35 crows caught my attention. As I got
out to look , a Bald Eagle swooped in for a 3 minute show with a Red-Tailed
Hawk. I had 7 Loggerhead Shrikes; 5 in Clifton & 2 in Elk Garden. The Mud Hole
produced a Northern Pintail. I had 44 species for the afternoon.
