[bcbirdclub] Birding in Russell & Tazewell Counties

Today, Dave Worley and I enjoyed the beautiful weather
by birding in the Elk Garden, Clifton areas of Russell
County and the Burkes Garden area of Tazewell County.
The highlights of the day included a wonderful look at
a juvenile Golden Eagle on Clifton Farms Road, 2 Hairy
Woodpeckers on Reynolds Road and American Black Ducks
and a Northern Harrier in Burkes Garden. We had 51
species total for the day.
