Good evening all,
I hope everyone is staying warm and safe during this cold streak and the
weather today.
I will be traveling to Florida this last week in February as I am a groomsman
in a wedding. I am planning on taking a couple extra days prior to the wedding
as birding opportunities. I have never birded Florida in the winter time and
hoping to see some great lifers!
The wedding is in Orlando and I might be staying in the Mims/Titusville area
for a couple days with family. However I am not opposed of stopping else on my
travels down. I most likely won’t go very much south of the Orlando or Mims
area unless it is really worth it.
I know that some group members have taken trips to the Florida area around
March and was hoping for some advice or direction on possible locations, birds
to scope out, or any other tid bits that would be helpful.
Thank you all in advance. I apologize for the group email but was hoping to
reach everyone in the group that might have some insight.
Enjoy your evenings.
