Jean Montgomery reports another excellent sighting of an Adult Bald Eagle. She
reports that the eagle was feeding on a raccoon carcass that her neighbor,
Phillip Campbell threw in a field on his farm. The farm borders Phillip's and
Jean's property in Green Valley Estates in Russell County. Phillip called the
eagle to Jean's attention and she came with binoculars to confirm the
identification while the bird was feeding and then flying away. Jean's
husband, Bob saw an eagle feeding on the carcass the following day.
