Today's rough weather has brought some good birds into the yard: 1 male Purple
Finch, 1 male Common Yellowthroat in brush along fence line (last record was
9/04), Northern Flickers, and 2 Red-Headed Woodpeckers (mated pair whose young
may have just hatched as the pair were busy flying back and forth between my
feeders and their nesting hole).
Enjoy the birds...
