Tommy,

Send me your phone number and a good time for me to call. This should all work...

Hi Katie,

Well I tried a couple of your suggestions. First I specified i: as
my library location. I then viewed local library, both of these were from
the daisy menu. When I do this it tells me one item found but there is no
file name or list of files. The transfer files option is disabled.

Then I browsed pc and specified RFBD as the file type. I get the
error message daisy filter error. The signature of the user Authorization
key is invalid .

So now what?

Tommy

Hi Tommy,

I'm glad that BCTESTER worked for you. The reason you're seeing all
those files on the CD is that the Transfer Tool isn't filtering the
files properly. Make sure that you set up the appropriate path for
the RFB&D files by going into the DAISY menu and selecting Specify
Library Location. Enter the drive where the CD is loaded and then try
clicking the DAISY button again. You can also get the right filtering
if you use the BrowsePC button and select RFB&D files in the file
type drop down. Keep us posted.
