I had only heard of player stats (weapon damage, ammo, etc.) being
manipulated on the client side that the server would accept. I'm not sure
of any others, i didn't pay that much attention to it and only put in an
hour or two in the game.

I second the R6 Siege, that game is a blast. It has taken all the
cool advancements gaming has made since the old Counter-Strike days
and
implemented them in a really cohesive way to make an incredible
tactical
shooter.
The remote cameras and drones are not just a gimmick, they really
are usable in a meaningful way. The destructible environment isn't
just for
show but gives options for how you want to approach a situation. The
controls feel solid and I don't feel like I'm fighting against them
like in
some games. The various gadgets are pretty cool and it's fun to see
how
people find different uses for them.
But the main thing I like about it is that feeling came right
back to me of when I played CS back with my buddies and we took on
missions
as a team and worked together as a unit. Following a leader, checking
corners, watching each others back, laying down cover fire, etc.
This is
the most tactical game I've played in a long time and I love it.
