Towards top, there is a link for monthly calendar. January is posted. They
are pretty good about sticking to it once it's posted. Also search
Practiscore for 06420 and for Academi. Matches may show up under one or other.

I’ll have to make it over for a match.
I’ve tried checking their calendar from time to time, but it seems like it
changes.

Also - if you are waitlisted, you should know we normally get 3-4 no show's
(out of 30 participants), so they may call or e-mail you on that day to let
you know.

Want to let everyone know - Academi Training Center (Salem CT) hosts IDPA,
USPSA, and outlaw matches Tuesday nights. We have two indoor ranges
separated by concrete barrier, and we can run two stages simultaneously. So
the match goes by quickly. We start at 6 PM and are generally done by 8 or
a little after. So if you have a long commute, it's not such a late night
when you get home.
Tue, January 16 2018, we are hosting a special "Every Day Carry" match - it
will be outlaw using IDPA scoring. We are shooting the guns we carry every
day, drawing from our carry hosters, and (optional) using defensive ammo.
As of now, they are planning 6 stages, so it's a great opportunity to test
more than one gun/hoster compo. I am shooting my Sig P938 and my Glock 43
(and possibly a DA/SA if I have it ready). I'm shooting Hornady Critical
Defense and possibly some Federal HST JHP. It's definitely a chance to test
your rig and ammo under pressure (clock, buzzer, others watching, etc).
Stages will be short - probably 12 rounds or less (just enough to force
reload).
If you are not from CT, just bear in mind CT gun laws - neutered mags (10
rounds or less, or as some of us old-timers say: "like 3.2 beer"). Many on
list already shoot in CT, so you know the drill.

If you have shot with me at Bradford or Sprague, just let the Range Officer
know.
