Sue and I apologize for sending this out so late. Technical difficulties...
This is a great conference that's happening Saturday at Harker. (yes, that's
tomorrow...)

Greetings Colleagues:
Come join us for Harker's annual Teacher Tech Institute this Saturday, June 6,
from 9 to 2. At $20 (which includes lunch) it's a great professional
development opportunity, and if history repeats, you will see several of your
BAISL friends in attendance. In fact, our own Lauri Vaughan will be presenting
her ReCreate Reading summer reading program. Meredith Cranston is presenting
"Ctrl+F with Your Eyes! Teaching Research Skills Through Mini-Lessons" with
history teacher Katy Rees. Other workshops include Teaching with Google forms,
Teaching Close Reading, and Using MineCraft in the Classroom.
All workshop descriptions and registration info can be found here:
https://www.harker.org/page.cfm?p=1351&LockSSL=true

Hope to see you Saturday.
Best,
Sue Smith
