I can only echo what Christiana said. We use Google Calendar as well. It has
the added benefit of being able to embed the calendar in any site that allows
you to paste html in it.

Hi Anne,
We use a Google Calendar, and it works well. It is managed by the events
coordinator, who oversees all room and space reservations on campus, and I am
usually cc'd on requests for the learning commons.
