In compliance with our bylaws which stipulate that any document to be voted
on by the membership should be posted at least 10 days ahead of a vote, I
have posted to the General forum two documents related to the shared
Overdrive collection which we hope to ratify at the upcoming meeting at
Menlo School.
These documents were co-drafted by folks working on the Overdrive
committees. They are the BAISL Consortium Overdrive Collection Development
Policy

While it is challenging to develop policies suited for use by multiple
schools, we actively collaborated to craft documents that have been useful
in making selections for this shared collection. It is my hope that they
will continue to be helpful as this collection evolves.
