My apologies if there is specifically an Overdrive listserv that I should
be addressing these questions to. If there is, please let me know the
address.
So we are finally moving forward with the BAISL shared collection and our
own. We are a PreK-5th grade school, and this is our first time delving
into the ebook world, and so I was wondering if I could ask for some
advice, please.
1) For similar aged students, in what format do you find your students are
reading- do they read in the browser as Overdrive seems to push in the
training videos, or do they access on Kindles or the Overdrive app, etc.
My understanding is that they can access on Amazon but only on the Fire
devices, not the black and white versions?
2) Access levels for shared collection - have the committees assigned
access levels for the books so far? I would like to make sure my little
guys are only accessing appropriate content.
