The lesson on Misinformation seems like it would fit for your purposes.
Please let us know what you end up doing Jess.

*Subject:* [baisl] Online Activism/Fake News Activities for HS
Hi all!
My school is doing a day focused on activism with our 9th graders.
As part of the day, I would like to come up with an activity surrounding
fake news, how to spot it, how to avoid it, etc.
I am also interested in online activism, and hashtag movements.
If anyone has done successful activities/lessons surrounding these topics
I would love it if you could share!
Thank you so much,
Sincerely,
Jess
