[baisl] Need Sample Job Descriptions please

Happy new School Year colleagues!

I am hoping this year to convince my administration to replace a retiring 
library paraprofessional with a credentialed Teacher/Librarian or Instructional 
Librarian.  The administration has never heard of such a position (☹).
Even though I do some instruction, I don’t have time or opportunity to do 
nearly enough.

I would be extremely appreciative to receive samples of job descriptions that I 
can use to show my administration how other Bay Area schools are staffing.  It 
would also be extremely helpful for you to include a salary range that your 
school pays a teacher/librarian or instructional librarian.  Just a rough range 
(dependent on experience) would be fantastic.  National salary averages aren’t 
helpful for us here in the Bay Area (as we all know). 😊
