Last Friday, we had a fantastic K-3 author/illustrator visit with LeUyen
Pham. The kids were riveted for close to an hour while she introduced
herself, read her new book* Inside, Outside, *and drew kids in the audience
using procreate on her iPad. The story is about what the world has been
going through with covid, although she never mentions Covid by name. It's
a beautiful story with gorgeous illustrations. Several of the teachers said
they were moved to tears by the story. If you have a chance to join an
author visit LeUyen Pham, I highly recommend her.
