Sorry for all the emails today!

I am evaluating some aspects of a couple of books I am reading. Without
intending to start any kind of educational/political discussion here (as
librarians we aren't in charge of this anyway) could you please answer,
privately to me if you'd prefer, these questions - a yes or no is really
all I need:

1. Does your school rank high school students?
2. Do students know their rank?
3. Are rankings posted for all students to see?
4. Does the ranking generate competition for who is at the top of the list?

Thanks!
Cathy
