Hi, Amy,

I don't find any Asian-published newspapers in our subscriptions, but we do
have a subscription to *The International Herald Tribune*, based in Paris
and written primarily for American expats, if that's helpful.  They
definitely have coverage of the Tiananmen Square events in spring 1989, and
I'd be glad to send you some.

Best,

Mary Ann

Hi everyone!

I have a slightly complicated request -- our kids are doing a model UN
tomorrow and their subject is the Tiananmen Square protests (April 15 -
June 4, 1989) and our history teacher is looking for a primary source
article about the events from a non-British run newspaper in the Asia/India
region, ideally around June 4th. I can find a couple from Hong Kong in our
Proquest subscriptions, but that's about it. Do any of y'all happen to have
access to anything from that region, during that specific time period,
about Tiananmen Square? Thank you so much for any help!!!
