Thanks for opening up the conversation. I also observe very few touches.
Our faculty read the few magazines we have: Wired, New Yorker, Rolling
Stone. We also have magazines that are used for classes: Art in America,
Aperture and Adbusters.

subscriptions because the boys NEVER touch these magazines. When I started
here 10 years ago *Popular Science* was still read by a few (like 6

untouched so we dropped it. We’ve tried *Wired, ESPN, Sports Illustrated*,
and there is just no readership.
In your libraries where the magazines are used are they being read by
girls primarily? Or are these Bellarmine boys just so into their phones
and laptops that print magazines are completely 20th century.
Any thoughts on this topic are appreciated.

Dear all,
Does anyone use a print magazine subscription service other than EBSCO,
that they would recommend? We're currently very unhappy with EBSCO, which
is refusing to issue us credit for issues never received over the summer.
