We use Destiny hosted also and it has been a lot easier to maintain. Being
able to automatically send out email due date reminders has really reduced
our overdues.
Tessa, I'm curious to know how you batch email out newsletters using
Follett? (Feel free to respond off list.)

actually cheaper according to our tech folks. Updates happen automatically
and there is never a server problem. We update the photos ourselves. We
mail the students from a email address we created library@xxxxxxxx. We
can batch email them as well with newsletters etc. They email us with
barcodes to check out if there is no one on duty.
