Hi Judy,

At Synergy School, we use something that we call the Agreement System. It
is a classroom behavioral management tool but it is employed consistently
throughout the entire school by the entire community.  It is also a tool
that empowers individual students to take charge of their own plan for
being successful in school.

There is a little bit of information about the Agreement System on our
school website <https://www.synergyschool.org/agreement-system>. I would be
happy to explain more about the system at our next meeting if anyone is
interested.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone want to share good classroom management strategies they use
with K-5th grade students, or with 6-8th grade students? Do you give
privileges for good behavior? If so, what kinds of privileges? How do you
motivate students to behave well during library time? I would appreciate
your responses and help!

Thanks,
