Subject: [baisl] Article Request: Gender and Ambition: Zora Neale Hurston in
the Harlem Renaissance by Ralph D. Story
Hello Baislights!
One of our English teachers asked me for the following JSTOR article. I have
JPASS so I thought it would be easy to get, unfortunately it only gave a one
page preview. I called JSTOR support to ask why I didn’t have access and they
said that the publishing company chose not to allow JPASS subscribers
access—apparently you need an academic university subscription. . . ahem. At
any rate, if you can find this article in any of your databases you would make
one of our English teachers very happy.
