Clear and decisive leadership, hell he had to "sleep on it" while things

This sounds about right to me.. Obama is incapable of making a decision
without taking weeks to examine all the political consequences.. When he
finally makes a decision it is based on advice from his inexperienced and
ultra-liberal staff..
It is a miracle that the whole operation was not compromised based upon
the delay while Obama diddled..
