Hi folks.

There are some solutions for monitoring your download limits.

1.  Check with your isp for the direct link on their website where you can find 
out your download limit.

2.  Ask your isp if they have a facility to send you an email telling you how 
much you downloaded and how much you have left in your limit.

3.  Call your isp technical support or customer services centre and have them 
tell you over the telephone how much usage you have used and how much you have 

4.  Some isp providers even allow you an sms option where you can have a 
reminder sent to you on your mobile phone.

5.  Be sure to ask things like what is a kb and what is a meg and what is a gig?

6.  Ask your isp to send you emails regarding your limit as frequently as 

7.  Keep an eye on file sizes, for example everyt ime you download a song, most 
isp providers will tell you the size of the download the average song these 
days is about 4 megs.
