This is not to go to the vip-l list please.
Amanda Taylor has been arrested for murder.
Why do I tell this list?
I doubt there is a parent out there even with all their failings who imagines
your child being arrested and especially for this.
Yes, I have many imperfections, many failings, but as a parent, one can only
hope dto do so much with a child, and one day the child makes his or her own
decisions.
Now there are still 1000 questions to be answered, right now my concern is for
my daughter.
She has come clean, told the truth and the authorities have the evidence they
need to back her story.
Will I abandon my daughter?
God forbid. No! I would rather lose all my friends than completely abandon my
daughter.
She has now chosen the most difficult road for her life, there is no denying
this, but at the end of the road, there is still hope.
Now she has to want to travel this hard road, nobody can rescue her, but why
should her father abandon her completely.
Am I angry and hurt and sad?
Yes, all three.
I won't absolutely say this is the worst day of my life, but it is up there for
sure.
I tell this list because my motto in life is straight talk.
It gets me in a lot of trouble, it gets me a lot of private off list attention,
but I make no apologies for being who I am any more.
I tell this list, I created this list for me to share my journey of life with
you.
Now I encourage you to do the same.
You may read this and think to yourself I am leaving, don't want to associate
with the father of somebody who murdered somebody.
I can't stop you.
You are welcome to go and you are welcome to stay.
I can't make this decision for you.
If you do go, I only have one request, it is a very small request.
Please do not post this post to any other list. That is my small request.
I have to deal with this, so does my daughter.
Now if you want to tell your friends privately, again I can't stop you, but
please at least give me the respect of not posting this post to any list.
It's going to be hard to keep this out of the news, but I'll be doing my best,
last thing I need is media sticky noses around.
This is the end of the celebrant business now I am afraid as well, because I
have to report this to the attorney general office and if I don't the police
will, so it is better from me than them for sure.
The only good thing is it is raining here in Melton so somewhere some god is
doing my crying for me.
I won't say any more for now.
