Please be advised that the Board Meeting this Friday is NOT an open board
meeting. This will be a CLOSED board meeting. Only the Board members will be
permitted in the meeting room. (This means liaisons, coordinators, officers,
etc must attend).
At the end of the Board Meeting, all MEMBERS (no supporters) will be asked to
join the meeting to learn about the board's work and vote on any relevant items.
Supporters who are NOT Board members (liaisons, coordinators or otherwise) may
not attend this meeting. Information will be presented at the open Chapter
Meeting at the VFW.
