There is no problem at Cherry Road site. I spoke with the ranger and was told
that we may alter the grade to provide access. The grader was not creating a
drainage ditch and the signs (road closed) are for off road (4x4) trucks.

We are clear from any 404 infractions. I still would like to address this issue
to be clear.

Does anyone want to observe at Flat Iron this weekend, just one more time?

Clear Skies.
