I added what I think is Bronco Trailhead to the map. It's the orange
location pin. Any confirmation of the accuracy of the pin is welcome.

I've been up in that area a few times as well as at Picketpost. I'd say that
Picketpost is darker, at least on the nights I have for comparison.

You can stay overnight at Bronco Trail Head, it is a staging area where
folks can take their horses riding in the desert. By dark they should be
going home and not a problem for observers.

If you are talking about Bronco Trail Head the north would be good but you
have Phoenix to the south. The south would be very poor. East and West may
be OK.
