Detonation of thermo-nuclear devices has been known to chase away clouds too,
but the environmental impact is pretty severe.

I think I have come to a conclusion. Maybe.
I think there is a relationship between the Moon.... and Clouds.
If we have a relatively bright Moon.... all the clouds are chased away.
And when the Moon is in hiding... the void sucks in lots of clouds.
What do you think.... Does this seem reasonable ??

Like I said before, either clear skies and good viewing, OR Good Chili and good
company.
However, BOTH would be nice.
