[AZ-Observing] USB Hub

I am looking for a good quality 4 port or more USB hub that is powered with a
cigarette lighter type plug. Can anyone recommend a good one? Most of what I
see on line is either powered by the laptop or has a transformer utilizing a
110 plug.
